Bewegen is belangrijk voor de bloedsomloop.
Door aangepast te bewegen, kan je bloed
beter gaan stromen in het hele lichaam.
Salsa is veel bewegen, je kan intensief
met veel inspanning Salsa dansen.
Maar ook lichtelijk aanpakken en
toch in beweging blijven.
En daar gaat het om. Lichte inspanning,
dus je hoeft je niet heel erg in het zweet te werken.
Een training moet geleidelijk worden opgebouwd,
anders riskeer je dat je je lichaam overbelast.
Volgens mijn dit soort bewegingen in dit geval salsa dans
of welke dans dan ook maakt mensen
stukken gelukkiger. Wat vind jij?
